Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the learning platform operated under the brand NHPREP by NetworkersHome (“NHPREP”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our service. By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
Account registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
- Each individual may maintain only one account. Sharing an account with another person, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at vikas@networkershome.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Access and pricing
Access to the platform is currently free of charge for all registered users. There is no subscription fee, and no payment is required to create an account or to view our courses, labs, quizzes, and mock interviews.
We offer free access at our discretion and may change our pricing or plan structure in the future. Any introduction of paid plans will apply only on a going-forward basis and will be communicated in advance in accordance with the Changes to terms section. Free access does not create any entitlement to free access in perpetuity.
Access and licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and view our content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use for as long as your account remains in good standing.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by NHPREP and its licensors.
Permitted use
You may:
- Stream video lessons from your personal devices.
- Take personal notes for your own study purposes.
- Practise the hands-on labs in your own lab environment.
- Attempt quizzes and mock interviews to assess your learning.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Share your account credentials with, or allow access by, any other individual.
- Record, download (except where explicit download buttons are provided), re-upload, or redistribute our videos, labs, quizzes, or other content.
- Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat our digital-rights-management controls, streaming tokens, authentication, or rate limits.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to harvest content or data from the platform.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other learners, instructors, or staff.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
- Access our APIs without explicit written authorisation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
Intellectual property
All content on the platform — including videos, audio, lab topologies and verification scripts, quiz questions and explanations, blog articles, graphics, user-interface design, logos, and underlying software — is owned by NHPREP by NetworkersHome or its licensors, and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws and international treaties. No licence to any trademark is granted by these Terms.
User-submitted content
If you submit content to the platform (for example, forum posts, public comments, support messages, bug reports, or feedback), you grant NHPREP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable licence to host, reproduce, modify, and use that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
Third-party services
The platform integrates with and links to services operated by third parties, including our video CDN, OAuth providers, and AI mock-interview provider. These are listed in our Privacy Policy. Links to external websites do not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Refunds
Access is currently provided free of charge, so no payments are taken and refunds do not arise. Should paid plans be introduced in future, refund eligibility, conditions, and processing times will be set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Term and termination
Your account and free access continue for as long as you comply with these Terms and we continue to offer the service, unless earlier terminated in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing vikas@networkershome.com.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification examination. Certifications are awarded by the respective certifying bodies based on their own rules, and your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own preparation, aptitude, and examination conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our aggregate liability to you under these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees actually paid by you to NHPREP in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000. Because access is currently provided free of charge, no fees are paid and limb (b) will ordinarily apply.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NHPREP by NetworkersHome, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your misuse of the service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or any third-party right.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the Dispute resolution section below, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
Dispute resolution
The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute through the following sequential steps:
- Good-faith negotiation: either party may send a written notice of dispute to the other. The parties shall negotiate in good faith for at least thirty (30) days to reach a resolution.
- Mediation: if the dispute remains unresolved, the parties shall attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
- Arbitration: if mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be in India, and the language shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice by email to the address associated with your account and by a banner on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability and general provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and NHPREP in relation to the service and supersede all prior agreements on the subject. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor entity.
